Welcome! This blog was originally created to mass-update friends and family about life's happenings. Much of what I write consists of these updates, while other entries cover my experience as an army spouse. I hope to document my experience as a way to journal, while also aiming to be a resource to anyone that may be going through similar challenges.

I belong to a happy little trio consisting of myself, a gentleman named Eric, and the most precious pup named Perry. Currently, our lives revolve primarily around Perry the Goldendoodle, and the service Eric volunteers for the Oregon Army National Guard, hence the title. Thanks for stopping by!

Eric and I have been together since November of 2011 after meeting through mutual friends; We got engaged in March 2014, and were legally married in April 2014! We are currently planning our post-deployment wedding ceremony for August of 2015. We are both alumni of Oregon State University (GO BEAVS!), and are currently living in Wilsonville, OR. We absolutely love Oregon and live for the microbrews, the summer concerts, and soaking up as much of our friends and family as possible.
